Biography

Primary care practitioner Dr. Diana Fellen has taken care of pets at Westfield Veterinary Group since 2003, and enjoys the challenges that come with treating a wide variety of species every day.

Originally from Potomac, Maryland, she attended the University of Florida and received her bachelor’s degree in zoology in 1995. She continued her veterinary education at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, and was awarded her doctorate of veterinary medicine in 2000. She then completed a medicine and surgery internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in 2001.

Surgery, internal medicine, oncology, and exotic pet care are among her primary interests in the field of veterinary medicine. Dr. Fellen is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Alpha Psi Professional Fraternity.

In her free time, Dr. Fellen can be found outside, hiking, camping, rollerblading, and biking. She also enjoys reading, playing softball, and watching football and hockey. She and her husband, Eric, are the proud parents of sons Ethan and Joshua. Their border terrier, Frasier, keeps the whole family busy.
