The vets at Westfield are all excellent! My regular vet was not available when I needed an appointment quickly so I saw another vet. She also was very good and very thorough. She explained what was going on with my pet most likely and how she recommended treating her. She advised me of alternatives and didn't just go ahead and do the most expensive tests when they really weren't necessary in this case. My girl is now getting better without extreme measures. I have never seen a vet here that I did not feel was very good and very capable and have always felt confident they gave good sound advice and treatment. All of them are very good and you would be satisfied with any vet here.

I took my baby Peggy (Friday June 19) because she got into Gain pellets while I was at work. I rushed her to the nearest Vet which was this location and the staff and Doctor were amazing. Once I entered early in the morning and explained what was going on, they. immediately took Peggy to get her vitals checked and the wait was less than 10 minutes before I was taken to a room. Dr. Garneau came in and was extremely attentive, answered all my questions and even provided me with advice for medication. Today is June 21 and Peggy has made outstanding recovery, I am so thankful for this team and all their help.

I most graciously love everything about Westfield. 100 percent no judgement from anyone. I have been there twice for emergency services and best treatment and outcomeWe also attend for vet care and I love the staff and Doctors as well as Vet Techs. During COVID one of my dogs who is a senior dog got really sick diagnosis unknown however the doctor who treated her figured out the possible issue and 3 years later healthy as ever.Highly recommend!!!!!!

The staff is always helpful and very professional. I can usually get an appointment within 24 hours; often same day. The Drs. are knowledgeable and make sure all concerns are addressed.

They saved out pups life. He was literally dying slowly right before our eyes and they saved him. Dr. Turner will be a name I never forget. Thank you to this amazing place filled with caring staff. Our Xion is full of life and energy. I can't believe how well he is doing. He has the energy of a young pup. We can't keep up and we wouldn't change that for the world.

This review is specifically about one of the techs at the Union location, Zen. My senior rescue had surgery eight weeks ago in Manhattan and his recovery has been incredibly difficult and stressful. I’ve been to multiple vets, have seen many techs, and I have to say that Zen has been by far the most caring tech I personally have encountered as a pet owner. She made me and my dog feel at ease as soon as she introduced herself and even though we only saw her in the office one time, she has followed up and checked in on us and given me advice and guidance on next steps. She treated me like a friend and my dog like her own. I am very grateful to her and will specifically request her from now on.

Everyone is pleasant and show their love for all animals. If you have a special need or need assistance with your pet, they are always there to assist. Doctors are awesome. Definitely recommend Westfield Vet Group!

I thought the staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. They even took the time to write down recommendations on a sticky note for items I should purchase for my cat, which I really appreciated. The doctor was also very helpful and attentive. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
