We want to take a moment to applaud our client service representatives. As our in-person client communications have been limited due to the pandemic, they have been going above and beyond for our hospitals, spending countless hours on the phones answering client questions, listening to concerns, offering reassurance, and digging up information. These days, they wear many more hats, as well, from greeting you in the parking lot and escorting pets around the building to lending a hand in innumerable – and often unseen – ways. They truly set the tone for what we do.
The pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for all of us, and our client services team has risen to those challenges, day in and day out. Every day presents a new kind of obstacle, but they have managed to adapt and adjust what we do for the good of your beloved pets and for you, their pet parents.
We hope you’ll join us in recognizing their efforts. They’re doing so much more than you may realize, and while you may not be able to see it, they’re doing it with smiles behind those masks.
