Review for exotic visit (Ferret). June 2026.Excited that Westfield Veterinary Group accepts ferrets with office visit at approx 150.00. We were quickly seen at our assigned appointment time. There's a young non-vet employee who took us to the exam room to ask preliminary questions about our pet. The young employee acts indifferent towards minorities + incorrectly recorded the weight of our pet.Then walked in Dr. Diana Fellen. Elegance, beauty, intelligence. It was as if the room now had a cosmic presence. She listened to us then listened to the heart of our ferret, who is suffering heart woes from old age. Gave us the prescriptions our ferret needed, concisely outlined a prognosis, and provided other insights. Thanks to Dr. Fellen, our ferret now does not exhibit labored wheezing breathing, giving her a more comfortable life in her old age. Thank you.
