- [Luisa Quinchia](https://www.westfieldvetgroup.com/our-team/luisa-quinchia/): Dr. Luisa Quinchia is a small-animal veterinarian with a lifelong passion for animals, one that took root long before she ever imagined it would become her career. As a child, while her mom encouraged more traditional toys like Barbies, Luisa gravitated toward anything animal related. By age 8, she was playing Wii games that let her perform surgery on zoo animals, an early sign of the path she was destined for.
- [Ryan Cuddihy](https://www.westfieldvetgroup.com/our-team/ryan-cuddihy/): Dr. Ryan Cuddihy joined Westfield Veterinary Group in 2026 after practicing for more than five years outside of Chicago. Originally from Monmouth County, Dr. Cuddihy developed a love for animals early in life, but it was a moment with his own dog that set him on the path to veterinary medicine. When his dog choked on a piece of boneless chicken, the helplessness he felt in that moment stayed with him. It sparked a deep desire to be able to provide care and reassurance to families when their pets need it most.

She then took some time off to travel and spent two months in India, Thailand and Cambodia. Thereafter she moved to New Jersey from Montreal, Canada. Being new to the field he started at the front desk, but quickly became supervisor of the department. In an effort to increase his knowledge he started his training to become a veterinary technician. After a few years, due to his well-rounded knowledge of both departments, he became the Client Services Manager and transferred to the Union location when it opened. Once it was time to re-open the Westfield location, Pawel was the obvious choice. His kind-hearted nature, good moral compass and positive attitude was just what the Westfield team needed in a leader. He is now the Practice Manager of the Westfield location and will continue growing and leading his team for years to come.
